Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Moshi to Tarangire NP.
Today we'll get an early start and leave Moshi headed for Tarangire National Park. We'll have a half day game drive in Tarangire before proceeding to the HavenNature Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: HavenNature Camp to Serengeti
Today, after breakfast, we'll drive into the Serengeti where, along the way, you will begin to sense the vastness of this National Park and the abundance of wildlife there. After game driving all day we'll settle down at Seronera Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Today we'll leave the Serengeti after an early morning game drive where you are most likely to see "the hunt." So many predators use the last of the night's darkness to stalk their prey. We proceed to Ngorongoro and set up camp at Simba Camp on the rim of the crater.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
Today we'll leave camp early and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. Early morning drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Crater for a spectacular day of game viewing.. The Crater is home to over 40 000 herbivores such as wildebeest and zebra as well as having the highest density of lions anywhere in Africa. The Crater is also the last remaining refuge for the few black rhinos remaining in Tanzania. Consequently the Crater is always busy so be prepared to see a lot of other vehicles, be patient and remember everyone is there for the same reason as you. After a picnic lunch drive to the Serengeti National Park. Overnight at either Simba Camp or HavenNature Camp.

Day 5: Lake Manyara
Today we'll arise early and travel the short distance to Lake Manyara. Here we will enjoy a full day's game drive before making our way back to Moshi and your local accommodations.
